  • Your membership with Robinson Health and Wellness includes your visits, care, and communication with us—no copays or hidden charges. We don’t file insurance claims or provide superbills.

    That said, you can still use your insurance for things like labs, imaging, prescriptions, or referrals if it’s covered. In many cases, our discounted pricing is lower than what patients pay even with insurance applied.

    Membership is designed to prevent unnecessary urgent care or ER visits and gives you direct access to your provider through calls, texts, telehealth, and office visits.

  • Many of our members choose us because they don’t carry traditional health insurance. Instead, they may use:

    - High-deductible or catastrophic coverage for hospital care
    - Personal savings or health savings accounts for unexpected major expenses

    We’re happy to talk through these options so you can decide what works best for your situation.

  • It’s similar in that you get priority access and ongoing personal care. You can reach us by phone, email, text, or telehealth, and schedule extended visits when needed.

    The difference is that concierge practices typically still bill insurance. We don’t—everything is included in your membership fee.

  • We’re available to you far beyond the average office model. If something comes up after hours, you can contact us directly. We’ll use good judgment together to determine whether an urgent visit, ER trip, or next-day appointment is appropriate.

  • Most of the time, our goal is to manage your care so you avoid the hospital. If you do need inpatient treatment or emergency services, we’ll communicate with the hospital team and help coordinate your care so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
